2.1 Estrela do Mar Inc. offers Afro-Brazilian drumming and music workshops, performances, and community engagement activities.
2.2 Memberships are available with specific terms and benefits outlined below.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 We reserve the right to cancel any class or event at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
3.2 Refunds are issued only for classes cancelled by Estrela do Mar Inc.
3.3 No refunds are provided for classes, workshops, or events you cannot attend unless the cancellation is due to our actions.

4. Membership Terms
4.1 Our membership structure offers the following:

4.1.1 Founders Membership:

4.1.1.1 Requires a 12-month commitment.
4.1.1.2 Early cancellation incurs a fee equivalent to three months of membership cost.

4.1.2 Regular Membership:
4.1.2.1 Can be cancelled at any time.
4.1.2.2 No refunds are provided for any month that has already been paid.

5. Use of Images and Media
5.1 By participating in our classes, performances, or events, you consent to the use of your image and likeness by Estrela do Mar Inc. for marketing and promotional purposes on social media, websites, and press materials.
5.2 If you do not wish for your image to be used, please notify us in writing.

6. Liability
6.1 Participation in drumming and performance activities involves physical activity.
6.2 You agree to participate at your own risk and acknowledge that Estrela do Mar Inc. is not responsible for any injuries or losses that occur during participation unless caused by negligence.

7. Responsibility for Personal Protection
7.1 Participants are responsible for their personal hearing protection during drumming workshops and performances.
7.2 Estrela do Mar Inc. is not required to provide ear protection for attendees.

8. Code of Conduct
8.1 We are committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment. Participants must:
   8.1.1 Treat all members, instructors, and volunteers with respect.
   8.1.2 Follow the instructions of facilitators to ensure safety and a positive experience for everyone.
